Exciting news - you can now track the progress of your order from the moment you place it to the time it arrives at it's final destination! Brilliant!

Order Tracking

To track the progress of your order online click here and enter your order number (4 digits) and the email address you used when placing your order. This will show you the current status of your order (you will also receive an email updating you on the progress of your order). Once your order has been despatched (this is the final update you will receive from us) you will then be able to track the parcel using either the online tracking facility (for couriers) or, if your order was sent by Express Post, by phoning Australia Post (131318).

To track a parcel please click on the appropriate link below (a new window will open) and enter the tracking number you received in your confirmation email (or you found using the Online Order Tracker described above), this email also advised you who we used to deliver your gift.

NOTE: All orders to Post Office Boxes will be sent using Australia Express Post as couriers do not deliver to them - to track these deliveries you can contact Australia Post on 131318 and follow the prompts
